Data processing
Data is relevant only when properly grouped, systematized, and classified. A huge array of unsystematized data will in no way be useful for decision-making. Let’s be honest, unsystematic data in decision-making is a mountain of nonsense.
It is clear that the need to organize data does not appear immediately, but over time – when the amount of data becomes significant and objectively requires it.
Systematization should be carried out according to the parameters that are important for further analysis. The choice of these parameters, in addition to knowledge and experience, requires an understanding of the nature, origin, and other characteristics of the data, as well as the purposes of their use. Over time, some settings may need to be revised.
Systematization of data is a necessary condition for the organization of any business process in any enterprise.
Systematization of data, first of all, requires the implementation of their systematic collection and recording, ie one that is carried out following clearly defined fixed rules. The processes of systematic data collection and recording are easier to establish provided that the appropriate level (not below average) of business process automation in the enterprise. Otherwise, it is extremely important to ensure a sufficient level of qualification of personnel involved in data collection and input. An insufficient level of automation combined with an insufficient qualification of operators is the way to nowhere.
Collection and recovery of primary data, configuration of data collection systems and business processes, analytical work, and technical data processing (including calculations) are carried out by experienced specialists of Arosolutions using both simple technical solutions and specialized software.
